These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Morni mobile application ("App") operated by Morni ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Morni is an alarm clock application that uses missions (such as taking photos, physical exercises, and other tasks) to help you wake up. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Morni offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly, yearly, and lifetime). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings.

Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.

3. User Content

When you use photo-based missions, images are processed solely to verify mission completion. Photos are analyzed by third-party AI services (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) for verification purposes only and are not stored by us after verification is complete.

You retain ownership of any content you create through the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Morni and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alarms will always function as expected.

Morni is not a medical device. Do not rely solely on the App for critical wake-up needs such as medical appointments or safety-sensitive activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
